To try on your helmet, simply follow these steps: Pull the chin strap in the reverse direction, hold the chin straps while using the rear of the helmet to support the base of your skull and pull down, adjust the angle, and fasten the straps. Youth helmets are not recommended for children under 5 years old as they may be too heavy.
